Today is three weeks since I got back to raw vegan. I had my ups and downs, right now settled for one sad meal a day, and everything else is healthy. I lost 7 pounds over this time, which I’m very happy about.
Unlike my other attempts, I’m not cooking a lot of foods, like cashew frozen candies or dehydrated crackers. I do sprout a lot and I make green juices that I love love. I don’t feel an urge anymore to stuff something bread-like into my mouth, though it helped a lot before. Here is my favorite recipe from Facebook:
